Starting from the *end of 2023*, the eligibility requirements under the TRT stream for 186 ENS will be expanded to include ***all*** *482 Temporary Skilled Shortage (TSS) visa holders*. In other words, this means that TSS visa holders from both the short-term and medium-term occupations will be eligible to be sponsored by their employers for permanent residency. Furthermore, TSS visa holders will only require 2 years of relevant full-time work experience to be eligible for 186 ENS. This requirement has been amended from the previous requirement of 3 years of full-time work experience.
