Samantha first joined Agile Legal Consulting in 2017. She is an experienced lawyer predominantly practising in corporate, commercial and property law. Samantha is committed to serving the needs of her clients and providing commercially viable and legally enforceable solutions. Her pragmatic, sound and commercial approach is the basis of her advice to clients in areas of commercial and corporate law such as the acquisition of commercial and residential property, business structuring and advisory, commercial lending, commercial contract negotiation, drafting and implementation, financial services and debt recovery. She is meticulous in her handling of commercial matters and drafting clear and concise documentation. Prior to joining Agile Legal Consulting, Samantha practised in all aspects of property law including the buying, selling, and leasing of property, as well as litigation matters arising out of disputes such as building defects disputes, and domestic building disputes for Owners Corporations. She brings her experience in property law to her current portfolio allowing her to actively and effectively support her clients. Samantha also assists our immigration team in preparation of all visa applications. Being a migrant to Australia herself, Samantha has a personal understanding of the difficulties and struggles her clients may face during the immigration process, and diligently works alongside clients to achieve desired outcomes. Samantha is committed to developing and maintaining valued relationships with our clients. Throughout her career, she has developed longstanding and valued relationship with a diverse portfolio of clients, from start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), high-net worth individuals, financial institutions, and private companies. In addition to English, Samantha is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay and is a great help to her international clients. She is also a current member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA).
